Explore the vibrant style and culture of the cities by the Bay in Red Carpet Bay Area -- the new bi-weekly program premiers this Saturday, March 13, 2010, at 7:30 pm on KRON4. The opening episode of Red Carpet Bay Area kicks off with a feature on NEW PEOPLE, a dynamic new venue in San Francisco’s Japantown offering the latest films, art, fashion and retail brands straight from Japan. Also featured is an interview with Charleston Pierce, the man behind some of the most beautiful models in the Bay Area, and a gala evening of games, glamour and giving at a special benefit in Silicon Valley for the Stanford Cancer Center held at the home of venture businessman Alan Salzman and his wife, literary agent, Jillian Manus Salzman. Finally, take a trip to a place where viewer’s own red carpet dreams can become a reality, and find out some fun, easy and helpful tips from the experts to make sure you look dazzling whether you step out for a simple night on the town or for your own gala event.
